Supply Chain Management as a concept that makes product distribution patterns able to replace traditional product distribution patterns because it helps increase the effectiveness and efficiency of a job, especially in the field of logistics. Toko Besi Guna Bangunan as a business actor who is closely related to the management of goods in the warehouse has a logistics section that must be managed properly, so a good management system is needed. But what happens, the store does not have special records in logistics management so that the current system is considered not good which leads to obstruction of the procurement and sale of goods which in turn also hampers employees or owners to suppliers and customers. Therefore, research was conducted which aims to build supply chain management using the extreme programming system development method, besides that researchers also calculate the economic amount of each procurement of goods using the Economic Order Quantity calculation method which is supported by forecasting using the Single Moving Average method, and the Reorder Point method to determine the minimum amount of inventory of goods, besides that there is also a feature where the main supplier of goods can see the inventory of goods and can immediately send goods to the store when the number of goods reaches the minimum inventory. System development uses the Laravel framework, MySQL as a database, and testing using Black Box Testing. The results of this research are in the form of supply chain management that can facilitate stores in monitoring goods, ordering to suppliers and also selling to customers.
