| Summary: | The development of digital technology and the advent of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 have significantly changed the landscape of the banking industry. Digital transformation is key in responding to the challenges faced by banks to remain relevant and competitive in this increasingly digital era. This final project aims to analyze the digital transformation carried out by Bank Mandiri and how this can be a value development that benefits customers in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. To understand customer needs and preferences, this research will involve surveys or interviews with Bank Mandiri customers. This aims to identify problems faced by customers as well as opportunities to develop digital banking services that can increase the value provided to customers. An evaluation of the benefits and challenges obtained by customers from Bank Mandiri's digital transformation will also be carried out. The results of this study will contribute to an understanding of Bank Mandiri's digital banking transformation and how this can improve customer experience and provide added value in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The recommendations provided will also serve as a guide for Bank Mandiri to continue to innovate and strengthen their position in this increasingly digital banking market. |
