The process of collecting data through a questionnaire with a Likert scale google form to employees of the production division Building B line B3 of PT Glostar Indonesia with 90 respondents. The data analysis technique used is PLS-based SEM. The results showed (1) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity (2) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, (3) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity mediated by affective commitment, (4) workload has a positive and significant effect significant effect on employee productivity mediated by affective commitment, (5) affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.
