Summary

Provision of health services every month functions to monitor the health of the elderly in the RW 04 area in order to prevent possible diseases and complications from the aging process. At the Stay Fresh Elderly Posyandu, the process of recording and reporting health data is still done manually through paper media so it is prone to errors both in writing and related to the physical paper being reported. To overcome this, the authors built an information system using the waterfall method and UML diagrams for visual modeling with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL as the database. The results of this study are a website based information system for the elderly posyandu that can manage data and report health records for the elderly with documentation of activity. The author hopes that after the elderly Posyandu information system is developed, it can make it easier for elderly posyandu cadres to record and report health data, the Jati Padang Village Health Center staff who handle the elderly, and Jati Padang Village Pokja 4 officers in monitoring the health of the elderly.
