| 520 | |a The physical development of adolescents will have a psychological impact related to physical changes, namely increasing their level of concern for changes in body shape, this will encourage a mindset to direct eating behavior that is not in accordance with the goal of realizing the desire to obtain an ideal body shape without paying attention to nutritional needs. This study aimed to determine the relationship between celebrity worship, body image perception, and peers with eating disorders in young women at SMA Yadika 12 Depok. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a stratified random sampling technique and a sample of 123 respondents. Data collection is done by filling out a questionnaire. Processing data using chi-square test. The results of bivariate data analysis showed that there was no relationship between celebrity worship (p = 0.420) and peers (p = 0.201) with eating disorders, but there was a relationship between perceptions of body image (p = 0.042) and eating disorders in female adolescents in high school Yadika 12 Depok. Factors related to eating disorders is body image perception. | ||
