Summary: | The current authorized manager of CV Bahtera Yendi Sejahtera plans to assess the employees, particularly the salesperson. The evaluation criteria will include Sales Performance, Product Knowledge, Discipline, Attendance, and Tenure. The primary purpose of this writing is to develop a web-based decision support system for the company, CV Bahtera Yendi Sejahtera, using a hybrid AHP-TOPSIS method, and to conduct calculations using this website. The benefits to be gained if this goal is achieved include providing a reference for managers and authors to measure the value of salesperson, and then the result of this reference can be used as consideration material in decision making. The evaluation is also intended to create a systematic and fair evaluation base, which can enhance a competitive work environment, foster motivation, and boost the spirit of salesperson. The author uses a hybrid AHP and Topsis method as a Decision Support System, which provides optimal ability in ranking alternatives and criteria. The AHP method determines the value of the criteria based on a comparison between criteria, while Topsis calculates the value of alternatives using the weight results of the AHP method. Data collection is carried out through interviews, literature study, as well as the use of documents and literature. The system is designed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Iterative Waterfall model, and the system depiction process is conducted with Sequence and Activity Diagrams. The result is an effective web-based decision support system that has successfully produced the best order of salesperson alternatives according to the results of the BPMSG web software and OnlineOutput Topsis Software |
