Description
Summary:This research examines audiences in consuming content on social media. Social media provides a directed and direct effect on communication. This effect has resulted in the audience having carried out the learning process indirectly in remembering the message from the content broadcast they have received. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of A Day In My Life's TikTok Content Exposure to Adolescents' motivational behavior. The theory used in this study is the Social Learning Theory developed by Albert Bandura, which is applied to understand the effects of social media. Social learning theory explains that audiences can imitate the actions or behaviors they see on social media through the learning process and the results of observation. This research method uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research with random sampling technique and uses data analysis techniques Pearson Product Moment correlation test, simple linear regression test, test the coefficient of determination and test the hypothesis using the t test. The results showed that there was a relationship between exposure to TikTok content a day in my life @bellzky16 and the behavior of imitating teenagers with a correlation value of 0.508. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the effect of exposure to the content is 25.8% and the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. The results of the hypothesis test show that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so that it can be interpreted that there is an influence of content that is exposed to TikTok one day in my life @bellzky16 on adolescent imitation behavior.
