| Summary: | Wedding Organizer (WO) services are specialized providers in wedding ceremonies, responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing various wedding events according to predetermined schedules and budgets (Permata et al., 2018). Salwedding is one of the companies that offer WO services for managing weddings and other events. In its business operations, Salwedding already employs a website to provide information accessible to clients and prospective customers. However, the current Salwedding website primarily focuses on delivering information about services and other details without considering how user-friendly and comprehensible it is to users. To address this issue, the use of a method to evaluate and redesign the Salwedding website becomes essential. One viable method is the User Centered Design (UCD), aimed at addressing existing problems. In this study, the User Centered Design method is applied through questionnaires, surveys, prototyping, and usability assessments using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The research results yield recommendations for the redesigned website's appearance and show an 80.9% increase in usability scores, with the hope of enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Salwedding website. |
