520 |a Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) is a common eye health problem, especially among workers who deal with computers in their daily lives. This eye problem will arise if the visual demands are greater than the visual ability. This study aims to analyze the determinants of CVS complaints among workers at PT Sinarindo Megah Perkasa. The research design used was cross-sectional with a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 84 workers who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection was carried out with CVS-Q questionnaire instruments for CVS complaints and SQ-FFQ for nutritional variables. The measurement of the work environment used a lux meter, while the work device factor used a meter. The results of multivariate analysis with logistic regression showed that the visual distance variable was the most dominant variable associated with CVS complaints with a p-value of 0.000 (POR = 17.585; 95%CI = 3.983-77.642). It is recommended that socialization about eye health and the ideal viewing distance when using a computer be held so that workers are aware of the importance of eye health and minimize CVS complaints. In conclusion, the risk factor that affects CVS is visual distance. Keywords: Computer Vision Syndrome, Lighting Intensity, Visual Distance, Omega 3 and 6.
