Internal and external environmental factors influence the formation of aggressive driving behavior for online motorcycle taxi workers. This can increase the risk factors traffic accidents. There was history of accidents experienced by several members of X community, make this issue important to investigate. This study aims to determine the factors associated with aggressive driving behavior among online motorcycle taxi workers in X community. This research used quantitative methods with cross-sectional study and total sample of 80 workers. Data collection used Aggressive Driving Behavior Scale (ADBS) questionnaire, Perceived Stress Scale, and the Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC). Data analysis used univariate, bivariate, and multivariate using logistic regression tests. The results of chi-square test analysis showed that there was a relationship between age, marital status, number of orders, length of work, work stress, and fatigue. Meanwhile, education, income, and type of motorcycle did not show relationship with aggressive driving behavior. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the variable most related to aggressive driving behavior was work stress (OR=8.177). It's recommended that there be a stress management program to help prevent and reduce stress levels through relaxation training program and socialization.
