However, service on heavy equipment is done differently from service on conventional vehicles such as cars or motorcycles. In addition, the long distance between the location of the heavy equipment and the main office can affect the performance of the mechanics who perform the service. Workload, burnout level, and work environment are factors that affect mechanical performance. This study aims to determine the factors that most consistently influence the performance of mechanics who carry out heavy eqpuipment maintenance at PT. OSM uses the FTE and NASA-TLX methods. With the final result there is no effect on workload and burnout levels with the results of the T table respectively -0.05 and 0.56. However, there is an influence on the work environment with the results of T table 7.02. Then the FTE value is in the range 1 - 1.28 with the results of NASA-TLX as many as 21 workers in the high class, as many as 8 workers in the medium class, and 1 worker in the low class. With an average dominant workload are Effort, Own Performance, and Physical Demand.
