| 520 | |a Bullying is an act of violence accompanied by both physical and verbal. Bullying itself is familiar with the lives of children in the educational environment. Where in the scope of education in Indonesia itself there are still frequent cases of bullying by students. Bullying itself can be caused by many factors, one of which is the dominance of a group called the gang. It is these gang that have power over other students both in terms of strength and groups. In bullying that occurs in schools, victims often don't want to talk or speak up about the problems that are happening to them. This is actually a question of how Indonesian law protects victims of bullying that occurs in the educational environment, especially at the high school level. In research that uses a normative juridical approach in the form of a statutory approach by collecting data through literature studies from primary and tertiary legal materials as well as taking samples from the testimonies of victims and student staff who were involved with bullying that occurred in their environment in order to find out what factors cause a person to children can be perpetrators of bullying and to what extent is Indonesian law in protecting victims of bullying in educational environments. | ||
