Pondok Jagung Health Center has witnessed an increase in tuberculosis patients, with 50 cases in 2022 and 60 cases in 2023. This research aims to analyze the relationship between the family's role as Supervisors For Swallowing Drugs (PMO) and the success of pulmonary TB treatment. The study adopted a cross-sectional design with a total sampling technique involving 60 patients. Data collection was done through a validated and reliable questionnaire. The results show a significant correlation between the family's role in encouraging patient adherence to appointments (p-value=0.006), supervising drug intake (p-value=0.033), providing education (p-value=0.045), and the success of tuberculosis treatments. In conclusion, the family's active involvement in motivating patients to attend appointments, monitoring drug intake, and providing education contributes to the success of tuberculosis treatment. The PMO that has been entrusted by the Community Health Center is expected to be able to carry out its role optimally and optimally. It is recommended for Puskesmas to establish a routine education program to enhance the role of Supervisors For Swallowing Drugs (PMO)
