| Summary: | This study aims to identify the factors that cause sexual abuse by boys against other boys and find out the form of criminal responsibility for children as perpetrators of sexual abuse based on Indonesian law. This research is a type of normative juridical research that is carried out by examining library materials such as laws, scientific journals, books, and works from legal circles. other men are past events experienced by children and freedom of access to pornographic content for children. The form of law enforcement against child abusers is the enactment of Article 69 paragraph (1) of Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System that a child who is over 12 years old but not yet 14 years old when committing a criminal act, the sanctions imposed are only in the form of the most 1/2 (half) of an adult prison sentence. As for law enforcement efforts, all parties involved must prioritize a restorative justice approach so as to reduce the negative impact on the future of children and make imprisonment a final measure that can be taken in enforcing sanctions against child offenders. This research suggests the need for the participation of all parties to always supervise and protect children because children still have an unstable emotional condition and have a mentality that is still in the search for identity, so children must receive supervision and guidance in each period of their growth so that the child can have a mental and good manners Keywords: Child Abuse, Causative Factors, Law Enforcement |
