Based on the 2018 Riskesdas data, it shows a figure of 21.8 percent for obesity in Indonesia. This figure has continued to rise since the 2007 Riskesdas by 10.5 percent and 14.8 percent in the 2013 Riskesdas. Of course, we also need to pay attention to this, where the obesity rate in Indonesia continues to increase every year. This is of course influenced by many causal factors that lead to obesity, especially obesity in adolescents. This study aims to determine the relationship between Body Mass Index and Balance in female students of Ulya PKPPS Sya'airullah Bekasi. Design: The research design used by researchers in this study was to use a correlational quantitative research method with a cross sectional approach. The population that became the object of research was 37 female students. Result: This study used SPSS 23 and the results obtained were p = 0.011 for the balanced correlation coefficient between BMI and static balance of 0.412, while the correlation coefficient between BMI and dynamic balance was 0.412. It was concluded that there is a unidirectional relationship between BMI and balance. Keywords: Female students; Body mass index; Balance.
