Summary

This research will discuss the solutions and steps taken by South Korea to maintain and improve the country's economy during the pandemic through their cultural diplomacy. This research will use several approaches, namely the concept of public diplomacy, andSoft Power Diplomacy, these two concepts will dissect how cultural diplomacy can be a solution and adaptable in various situations. The methodological approach that will be used in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on this research, it is found that the Covid-19 pandemic has become a problem for the whole world, especially for South Korea. This problem is certainly a challenge that must be faced by South Korea to be able to maintain its country's economy which has been affected by the ongoing pandemic. South Korea began to make many adaptations and adjustments in its cultural diplomacy strategy. Keywords: Cultural Diplomacy, South Korea, Soft Power Diplomacy, Covid-19 Pandemic, Economic Growth.
