520 |a This study aims to determine and prove the effect of work Stress on employee performance, the effect of Emotional Intelligence on employee performance, and the Work Environment on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods, conducted at PT Telkom Witel Bogor. The sampling technique used was random sampling, using the slovin formula as many as 135 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used by researchers is the method in the Partial Least Square (PLS) application. The test results obtained in this study partially (1) work stress has a significant positive effect on employee performance (2) emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance (3) the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
