Research Results : Developmental Disorders related to decreased appetite characterized by weight not according to age Impaired Skin Integrity associated with tissue damage characterized by itching and redness. Conclusion: Nursing actions until evaluation on An.Z achieve the expected results. Nursing actions are resolved in accordance with predetermined actions. The success of nursing care is due to good cooperation between the family and the nurse. | ||
