Summary

The purpose of this research is to explain the problem of the application of diversion to the perpetrators of the criminal act of bullying to children based on decision number: 38/Pid.Sus-Anak/2018/PN.Mdn and to find out the solution to the problems of applying diversion to the analysis of verdict number: 38/Pid.Sus-Anak/2018/PN.Mdn in accordance with Law No. 11 of 2012. This research uses normative juridical research methods and normative legal research methods, where the data obtained from this study comes from secondary data. The data collection technique used in this study is by means of library research where library data collection is obtained from various data related to Diversion, Bullying Crime, and Juvenile Justice System. The approach used is the statutory approach (Statute Approach). The results of this study are that the settlement of child crime through diversion is seen from the perspective of the legal system. prevailing laws and regulations.
