This research uses normative juridical research methods and normative legal research methods, where the data obtained from this study comes from secondary data. The data collection technique used in this study is by means of library research where library data collection is obtained from various data related to Diversion, Bullying Crime, and Juvenile Justice System. The approach used is the statutory approach (Statute Approach). The results of this study are that the settlement of child crime through diversion is seen from the perspective of the legal system. prevailing laws and regulations.
