Summary

The development of technology in the era of globalization is increasing rapidly toencourage and also improve the process of teaching and learning in the field ofeducation in order to become more easy, effective and efficient. This research isdone to build an e-library information system that can be used by students to readand watch tutorial video from their teacher for learning process. The researchmethod used is PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control,Efficiency, Service), as the basis for obtaining the main issues at SMKDarusaalam Ciputat Tanggerang Selatan. With this research is intended to buildan e-library information system in SMK Darussalam in order to improve theprocess of student learning activities to be better and effective. This e-libraryinformation system can provide services to students in terms of reading and watching tutorial videos through android applications, in addition teachers canalso update the tutorial video for students so that with this android application willmake it easier for students to get the right information.
