520 |a This study aims to examine the effect of internship achievements, mentorship, compensation, and organizational environment on internship satisfaction among accounting students. This research is a quantitative study and was conducted on accounting students at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. This study used a purposive sampling method and primary data types through questionnaires and then obtained respondents as many as 104 students. Hypothesis testing uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0 software with a significance level of 10%. The results of the test show that the variables of internship achievements, compensation and organizational environment have a significant and positive influence on internship satisfaction. Whereas the mentorship variable has no influence on internship satisfaction.
