Summary:In an ever-evolving era, the use of social media in Indonesia has significantly increased, notably on the TikTok platform. Despite facing controversies over negative content upon its initial introduction in Indonesia, TikTok's popularity soared in 2019. This was backed by the introduction of the For You Page (FYP) feature, dance challenges, and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, which heightened online activities. TikTok expanded further with the addition of e-commerce features, specifically TikTok Shop, providing various products within a single application. Moreover, TikTok Shop has become one of the most widely used social commerce platforms compared to existing ones. This research focuses on analyzing the user experience of TikTok Shop using the HEART framework (Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention, and Task Success) and Importance Performance Analysis. Through questionnaires distributed to TikTok Shop users, this study aims to identify indicators that can enhance the quality of the TikTok Shop user experience and relate them to the user interface of the TikTok Shop page. After data processing, the results on the Cartesian diagram in quadrant II are as follows: H1 with a gap of 3.767%, H3 with a gap of 2.31%, A1 with a gap of 3.767%, and T7 with a gap of 1.856%. The results of redesigning the application design for several action-oriented item statements that fall into Quadrants II and III. After the second round of testing, the results obtained were higher than the results from the first test, with an average difference of 12.1%.
