| Summary: | The purpose of this study is to study the legal efforts to resolve the agraric conflict regarding land acquisition for the general interest by analyzing the case that occurred between the PT Farmers of Nusantara III with the Gurilla Society, New Village, Siantar Pematang. This research is needed to look at the fast-growing infrastructure development trends in Indonesia. Behind all of this, there are families who lose their homes and jobs with uneven costs and forms of damages. Therefore, it is felt necessary for the urgency to analyse the arrangements, rights and obligations, as well as the related laws in the case of land acquisition for the public interest. This paper uses a normative jurisprudential approach that is carried out by studying library material or secondary data as the basic material to be studied by conducting a search of the rules and literature related to the problem being studied. This study analyses the violations committed by PTPN III against the Gurilla community that have not been in previous studies. The results of this study show that there are different ways to resolve the dispute. |
