| Summary: | Social security is one of the basic human rights that must be obtained by everyone who has been mandated in the Indonesian constitution, namely Article 28H paragraph (3) of the 1945 Republic of Indonesia State Secretariat, in which the Government has guaranteed the form of the System in its implementation National Social Security and also the Social Security Agency as a forum for everyone to become a participant in health and labor social security. For workers' social security, the employer is obliged to register the workers and pay the premium each month according to the guarantee program that is followed. The research method used is normative juridical research, namely research using library data originating from primary sources, secondary sources and tertiary sources that are analyzed descriptively. In its implementation, many employers are still negligent in carrying out their obligations. This can be seen based on the number of workers in 2017 based on reports from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Financial Report of the Labor Agency for Social Security in 2017 regarding the number of registered and active participants in the Social Security Assurance Agency |
