Summary

The purpose of this study is to research on Capital, Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds. This study uses districts / cities in East Java Province as samples. The sample selection technique uses purposive sampling method. The sample in this study proved 38 districts / cities in East Java Province for the period 2014-2017 with a total of 126 samples. The data used is secondary data. Secondary data in this study was issued from the Audit Report on the Regional Government Financial Reports issued by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK). Testing the hypothesis in this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS 23 program and a significant level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that (1) Capital Expenditures are not significant to the Level of Regional Financial Independence, (2) Regional Original Income is not significant to the Level of Regional Financial Independence, (3) Public Allocation Funds are significant to the Level of Regional Financial Independence and (4) Funds Special Allocation is not significant to the Level of Regional Financial Independence
