There are so many companies that perform manual administration processes makes it difficult for companies to manage information data related to service requests for labor services and other processes. In this modern era, we should use information technology as a tool to facilitate the public in various activities, one of which is the administrative process of data processing. PT. Garda Utama Arthadarma is an outsourcing service company that supplies security workers who still have shortcomings in the administrative process, this company still uses manual systems in the process of service requests for labor services by client companies, where client companies must come directly to the office to carry out administrative processes so that they are considered not efficient. Then we need an information system for computerized administrative processes at PT. Garda Utama Arthadarma who can help solve problems. The results obtained from this information system are improving services in the form of convenience regarding administrative services that can be done anywhere by the client through the website, complaints or complaints against labor services is easier and each member of the workforce can easily get information about the allocation of work placements or work order. This research was developed through qualitative methods, namely data collection through library research, observation, and interviews. Software development methods using Waterfall Model Data were analyzed using the PIECES method. Administrative management information system data processing security force is built with the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. The expected result is this information system can facilitate the process of administration and data storage
