The problem that arises is that the thesis system is still used (conventional) by using paper and stationery with the term now Paper Based Test (PBT), PBT is currently carried out many problems that are similar to management problems. questions or answer sheets during work, printing is still done manually and requires a lot of energy and time. So the PBT exam is less effective and efficient. To enable things to be desired to use information technology (computer) as one of the media used to test or use a Computer Based Test (CBT) system. With the implementation of the CBT system, it is expected to be able to answer people who do not have conventional examinations. This test or test is web-based, which is PHP and MySQL with the xampp and Sublime Text 3 applications as a tool for coding
