| 520 | |a Vaginal discharge is one of the problems that are often complained of by women. Vaginal discharge is both pathological and physiological. Vaginal discharge which is marked by abnormal vaginal discharge symptoms if not handled properly will have a bad impact, treatment with non-pharmacological is an alternative treatment that can be done. This literature review aims to find out what non-pharmacological interventions can overcome vaginal discharge in women and the most effective non-pharmacological treatment for vaginal discharge. Using a research article review design with a literature review. The article search uses an electronic database Google Scholar and PubMed with keywords used according to PICO. It was found that non-pharmacological therapy can overcome pathological and physiological vaginal discharge using binahong leaves, red betel leaves, white turmeric, pineapple juice, betel leaves and turmeric, soursop leaves, sour turmeric, turmeric, and green betel leaves. How to administer the intervention is oral or vaginal rinse, the duration of administration is done the fastest for 3 days and the longest 2 weeks, to overcome the most effective vaginal discharge can be done by administering red betel leaf decoction by vaginal rinse. In providing non-pharmacological interventions to overcome vaginal discharge in women it is advisable to use materials that are easily found around the community. | ||
