PT. Duraquipt Cemerlang is a company that applies flowshop systems and First Comer First Serve (FCFS) rule. This method has several disadvantages, one of which is having large turnaround time (makespan). By having a large makespan,then there will be looses, starting with time and expenses. The purpose of this research is to minimize the makespan of PT. Duraquipt Cemerlang and determine the best job order to be used at PT. Duraquipt Cemerlang. Therefore, to be able the answer these purpose, Nawaz Enscore & Ham (NEH) method is used, which is in this methode scheduling, the total work time of all machines is greater, must be given a higher weight to be entered first in schedule. By using these methods, it will be known which method will produc the smallest makespan and which job sequence should be applied to the company. Based on the calculation results, it is obtained that with the NEH method, the value of makespan is 23925 minutes, with job sequence 3-1-2. As for the method applied by the company, namely FCFS, the value of makespan is 44010 minutes with job sequence 2-3-1.
