| 520 | |a Information system of archives is an important role in the sustainability of the organization as a source of information and a memory center for an organization. One of them is in the Secretariat General Staffing Bureau of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia which currently uses a filing system that is not yet applicable, so that in the search for data and distribution of incoming and outgoing mails are still not efficient. Therefore, a structured filing system is needed in order to facilitate the performance of employees in managing incoming and outgoing mail with an Archive Information System application. This website-based application is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. In this research, researchers used a qualitative approach by gathering information through observation, interviews, and literature studies and analyzing data. To support this research, the author uses the FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Technique) system development method because it is suitable for use in the scope discussed by the author. | ||
