520 |a Climacteric period, there are 3 phases in this period, namely premenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. During the climacteric period, women experience psychosomatic disorders in the form of disturbance in their sleep. Impacts that occur when someone experiences difficulty sleeping in the form of fatigue during the day, impaired concentration and memory, disturbances in social relationships, disruption in carrying out work during the day, often experiencing errors, energy disturbances, accidents at work, headaches, and disorders that occur in digestion. The purpose of this literature is to analyze articles about what exercises can be done to improve sleep quality in women during climacteric times. The method in this literature review is carried out by searching for articles using an electronic database with keywords that match the PICO. According to the inclusion criteria, 13 articles were obtained with a time span from 2015 to 2020. The results of all articles stated that all interventions that have been carried out can improve sleep quality by increasing scores measured from the PSQI questionnaire or others to measure sleep quality with various numerical results. Developing nursing knowledge that is applicable to the management of non-pharmacological interventions with the aim of improving the quality of sleep in women who enter the climacteric period is the suggestion of the authors
