The information system for reporting the implementation of PPSU activities at the Srengseng Sawah Village Office, South Jakarta is a system that aims to manage the reporting of PPSU implementation activities so that they can be carried out properly and on time. In this case, the information system is very important to be designed because it prevents problems in the implementation of this report and can manage data effectively and efficiently. Managing data on the implementation of PPSU activities in the Srengseng Sawah Village Office is still manual so that the implementation of activities still requires a considerable amount of time. The design of the information system for reporting the activities of implementing PPSU at the Srengseng Sawah Village Office aims to facilitate the PPSU officers and administrators who manage the activity reports. The author makes a Web-based information system using PhP Language because it is modern and easy to use for users. The information system for reporting the implementation of PPSU activities in its design using the Prototype method consisting of needs analysis, building prototyping, evaluating, coding the system, testing the system, evaluating the system, using the system. In the selection of this prototype method the authors judge because the prototype method can use more efficient time, The design of this system resulted in an application from the PPSU implementation activities to the results of the PPSU activity report. This system activity report consists of daily reports which are recapitulated every day, based on the activities that have been carried out. The design of an information system for reporting the activities of implementing PPSU activities at the Srengseng Sawah Village Office is expected to facilitate the process of carrying out the activities to make the report, so as to obtain accurate and efficient data.
