| Summary: | Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) including serious health problems because the incidence of this disease continues to increase and has a poor prognosis. About 82% selected types of therapy is hemodialysis therapy. About 10-70% of patients undergoing hemodialysis are at risk of having nutritional problems. The decline in nutritional status can be influenced by duration of hemodyalisis and the energy intake of CKD patients. This research was conducted to determine the correlation between the duration of hemodyalisis and energy intake on nutritional status of chronic kidney disease patients at Fatmawati General Hospital in 2020. This type of research is observational analytic with cross-sectional design on 56 CKD patients in Fatmawati General Hospital. Research data collection using the sheet of the medical record and the measurement of body mass index directly to obtain the nutritional status, medical record sheets to obtain the duration of hemodialysis status, and the sheet of Food Recall 24 hours to obtain energy intake. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test obtained results there is no relationship between duration of hemodyalisis and energy intake on nutritional status of CKD patients with both value (p=0,349) and (p=0.999). |
