| Summary: | Administration of Population in Indonesia is one of the most important things in development. Increasing the number of people every year makes the government more careful in providing Population Administration services. Rapid and rapid population growth raises a variety of problems in the economic, social, political and development fields, as well as the welfare of the Indonesian nation as a whole. The results showed that the population administration arrangements in Gunung Putri Village had referred to Law No. 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration whose implementation is regulated in PP No. 37 of 2007 and Law No. 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government whose implementation is regulated in PP No. 38 of 2007. There are no Regional Regulations (Perda) and Mayor Regulations (Perwali) which regulate the administration of population administration, only Gunung Putri Village Regional Regulation No.3 of 2008 concerning Organizational Structure and Work Procedures of the Gunung Putri Village Office and Perwali No . 9 of 2008 concerning Tasks, Functions, and Work Procedures of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Gunung Putri Village.
