Summary

The purpose of this research is to build a web-based English E-learning informatian system. At Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta, there's an english course being available to take for students for one semester. The process of its learning is done at the class conventionally, which is not executed well, because they put all kinds of individuals with various english competences in one class. Therefore, obstacles in learning english for each student is different. The lack of additional facilities to learn english is also one of the factors why students don't use english on a daily routine. To solve the problem, writer would like to develop an english e-learning system with Waterfall method, PHP Laravel, Javascript, and MySQL database. This e-learning will be developed to be an interactive place of learning which covers 3 main elements of english, which are grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation with also providing various features such as lesson, quiz, chat discussion, etc.
