ABSTRACT The Indonesian palm industry is one of the industries that have the greatest potential. Indonesia as one of the largest producers of palm oil products certainly has the opportunity to dominate the existing market. Developing the downstream palm oil industry will greatly assist Indonesia in expanding its market potential. Cooperation with Malaysia as a country that is also a producer of palm oil and has succeeded in developing its downstream industry will certainly greatly help Indonesia.
