Summary

This study aims to determine the company's characteristics of company value. Company characteristics consist of profitability that is proxied by Return on Equity (ROE), liquidity proxied by Current Ratio (CR), and leverage that is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Company Value indicated by Tobin's Q. The population in this study are manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2016-2018. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling and obtained 111 manufacturing sector companies with a research period of three years to obtain 333 sample units. Data analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel 2013 and hypothesis testing in this study used Panel Data Regression Analysis with the E-Views 10.0 program and a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on firm value, profitability and leverage does not have a significant effect on firm value.
