The population used in this study is upnormal warunk consumers in ivory coconut. The sample size was taken by 75 respondents, using non-probability sampling methods especially purposive sampling. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires through Google form. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with SmartPLS3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) Service Quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.293. (2) Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.759. (3) Place atmosphere does not have a significant influence on customer satisfaction with a path coefficient of -0.122. The highest contribution is on the effect of price on consumer satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.759.
