| Summary: | Indonesian banking has an important role to support the country's economy, so it is demanded to operate effectively and efficiently in order to produce good performance. Company Value illustrates how well the banking sector performs its business. This study aims to determine the effect of bank performance variables, namely Liquidity proxied by Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Credit Risk proxied by Non Performing Loans (NPL), Capital Adequacy proxied by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Profitability proxied by Return On Assets (ROA) to the Company Value proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). The population in this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017 - 2019 with a population of 40 companies. This study uses a non probability sampling method with a sampling technique using purposive sampling so that 26 samples are selected. Data analysis was performed with Microsoft Excel 2013 and the statistical program E-Views 10.0 to analyze descriptive statistics, test hypotheses and panel data regression with the Random Effect Model analysis model. The results of this study indicate that the variables of liquidity and credit risk do not have an influence on firm value, while capital adequacy and profitability have an influence on firm value. |
