| Summary: | The presence of computerized system helps us on processing data to be more effective and efficient. Information system is intertwined of elements that will provide good quality of information and assist in decision making. As an educational institution, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta implements the utilization of information technology in learning activites. On of the implementations is Sistem Informasi Akademik or Academic Information System. SIAKAD is made to ease the administration activity that connects students, lecturers, and faculty staffs. Therefore, to ensure the optimization of SIAKAD there should be an evaluation. In this research, the researcher uses COBIT 5 as the framework which focus in the measurement of Capability Level in process of aligning, planning, and organizing the IT framework (APO), evaluating, directing, and monitoring the IT governance (EDM), and delivering, servicing, and supporting (DSS) the operation of the system. Based on the research, it is reached that the capability level is 1 (one) which almost all of the processes have achieved the objectives with the target level to be achieved is 3 (three). |
