PT Setia Mandiri Jaya is one company that has not yet utilized the development of information technology to the fullest, where there are many inefficiencies in its work. One of the problems that we have noticed is how they archive data manually which results in easy data loss or unfolding. In the design of a web-based data ducting tender archive system that uses the PHP programming language and MySQL data storage, the design of the system to be created is described by using Unified Modeling Language or UML diagrams, which uses the waterfall approach method, and the PIECES Analysis Method.
