520 |a This research was conducted to assist the head of the cooperative in determining the eligibility decisions of members or employees of the primary cooperative PT.MEIWA. which is expected to prevent and overcome some members or employees who experience loan problems in the cooperative. In the process of this employee feasibility analysis using the K-Means Clustering method can analyze several possibilities that occur based on 3 criteria, namely the Remaining Work Period, Principal Salary, and Loan Amount. In this study the authors conducted an analysis and implementation of the K-Means Clustering method to get the final selection by dividing 2 Clusters. Data collection was carried out with literature studies, observations and interviews with related parties. The results achieved from this study were to determine the eligibility of employees in applying for loans using the K-Means Clustering method in the primary cooperative PT.MEIWA. The author gets the results of 100 primary cooperative employee PT.MEIWA data produces in Cluster 1 which means feasible to make loans and in Cluster 2 which means it is not feasible to make
