The sample used in this study was 40 target markets and consumers subscribed to the opportunity magazine. The data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a likert scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, partial least square (PLS), validity test, reliability test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test. This research uses the SmartPLS 3.0 program to analysis the data. The results of this study indicate that (1) price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (2) product quality has no effect on purchasing decisions, (3) promotion has no effect on purchasing decisions.
