The purpose of this research is to determine whether Customer Satisfaction in Topaz Music School Kemang Pratama is influenced by Brand Image, Price, and Service Quality. Customer satisfaction is important for a business if they don't want to lose their customers. The population of this research is for customer that still using the services of music institutions Topaz Music School Kemang Pratama. Sample takes as many as 75 respondents using the Quota Sampling method. The questioner is distribute using Google Form. This quantitative analysis technique is using analytical tool called Partial Least Square (PLS). The results shows that Brand Name were influential and significant for Customer Satisfaction. While Price and Service Quality variable don't effect and not significant.
