In Law Number 16 of 2004 concerning the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia Article 30 paragraph 93 letter a states that the Attorney General's Office also organizes activities to increase community legal awareness. In addition, at this time rampant juvenile delinquency. So the Attorney General's Office is here to increase legal awareness and reduce juvenile delinquency by implementing a program for teenagers, namely the Prosecutors' Entry School (PES). SMPN 211 Jakarta is one of the junior high schools in South Jakarta where the bullying still occurs and to reduce this the students must get information about the law related to bullying. Therefore in 2019 SMPN 211 Jakarta will be the place for the implementation of the Prosecutors' Entry School (PES) program carried out by the Attorney General's Public Relations PR which is expected to reduce bullying in schools and other juvenile delinquents both within the school environment and outside the school environment. The question in this study is how the public relations strategy of the Attorney General's Office in implementing the Attorney Entering School (PES) program at SMPN 211 Jakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. In collecting data through in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that in the implementation of the Prosecutors' Entry School (PES) program at SMPN 211 Jakarta, the public relations strategy uses public relations by making publications, making routine activities, maintaining relationships with audiences, lobbying and coordination.
