Summary

This research was conducted to examine and determine the effect of e-filling application, the level of understanding of taxation and taxpayer awareness on PT.Bank X's tax compliance. The independent variable of e-filling application, the level of understanding of taxation and taxpayer awareness. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires through Gform which is disseminated through social media. The population in this study is the individual taxpayer at PT Bank X in the Jakarta area and the use in sampling with convenience sampling method on the personal taxpayer at PT Bank X which produces 100 samples. Data Analysis Techniques used by Stuctural Eqution Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square application system with a significant level of 5%. The results in this study show that the effect of applying e-filling and the level of understanding of taxation have a positive effect on tax compliance. But awareness of taxpayers has no effect on tax compliance.
