Summary

According to a large number of people who really like soccer as a sport, then it encourages people to form a supporter club based on their favorite soccer team, in which the supporter club surely has a certain communication flow to maintain its club to be sustaining. Thus, the researcher has the interest to find out how the communication flow is being implemented in a supporter club, Arsenal Indonesia Supporter Jakarta Region (A.I.S.) for example. This research is discussing what the type of communication flow that has been implemented by the AIS Jakarta Region, and how the AIS Jakarta Region maintaining the communication among the members of the supporter club. The method of this research is using the qualitative method through the phenomenology approachment. The collecting data method is using the in-depth interview method, documentation study, and literature review. The results of this research are defined that the club is implementing the "star" system of communication and being known for implemented the system nicely. Besides, the good climate of the organization has affected the way of its communication.
