| Summary: | This final task is conducted in the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia which aims to review the payroll procedures applied in the institution based on the applicable operational standards.In general, accounting information system that one of the payroll has a purpose.The benefits gained after carrying out this final task are to know the payroll procedures ranging from input, process, and generating output.This payroll procedure refers to the government regulation number 30 year 2015 about the principal salary room at every level of its rate until the salary submission to the Treasury Service Office (KPPN).This procedure is done so that there is no fault in implementing that in accordance with the operating standards of the payroll procedure.The system that assists in the operation of the procedure is the application system of the employee salary, in order to facilitate the implementation of its functions. The stages of salary payment in the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, the stage began from the input of decree of change to the creation of payment request letter (SPP), order Pay (SPM) and issuance of disbursement warrant (SP2D). |
