| Achoimre: | The implementation of cooperatives in general has not been optimal in achieving its goals through electronic implementation in the aspect of position, role, management, and capital and guidance that can better guarantee the realization of cooperative life as mandated by Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution, although there are already several cooperatives that implement them such as Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Republic of Indonesia Number 19/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015. This research is intended to find out how the mechanism of cooperative reporting, whether the cooperative's annual report submitted by the management electronically can be used as electronic evidence in the trial, and whether the cooperative's annual report submitted by the board electronically can be said to be an Annual Member Meeting according to Law No. 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives. Research shows that the implementation of cooperatives in general has not followed the development of globalization and technology improvement even though some cooperatives have carried out technology in relation to annual reports. The results showed that the annual report of the cooperative from the board submitted electronically can be used as electronic evidence in the trial if its implementation is based on the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 Concerning the Organization of Cooperative Members' Meetings, while the Annual Cooperative Report From the Management submitted electronically as an Annual Member Meeting has not been regulated in Law No. 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives. |
